Join the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Crew and Red Raven for an interstellar adventure on two wheels!

We’re blasting off from Red Raven in Crosby to ride some of our favorite fat bike trails around Cuyuna [hoping the snow gods deliver]. Whether you’re rolling through powder or cruising on dirt, we’ll have both snow and no-snow routes ready to download to your bike computer. We’ll share routes on social media and update our website at least a week before liftoff.

After orbiting the trails, we’ll return to Red Raven for hot drinks, good food, and even better company. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Intergalactic Fat Bike Day with your fellow earthlings on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Things could get weird - in the best way possible.

Join the Crew for a fun Halloween ride at Sagamore! Costumes encouraged. The sillier, the better. Bring your bike lights, helmet, and maybe a friend or two as we roll into the night. All skill levels welcome!

Join us at the Spalding in Crosby, Mn on October 25 for our Galloping Goose 50 Mtb Challenge social and t-shirt pickup! Let’s trade battle stories and literal scars from our time out on the Goose.

The Crew will be posted at the Yawkey parking lot for a casual Friday night hangout - no bikes required! Swing by our tent for free snacks and drinks with fire barrels to keep things cozy.

This week we’re switching things up and focusing on the walking trail at Sagamore to get it ready for winter. Come by bike or on foot. After we wrap up, we’ll regroup at the Sagamore shelter for pizza and Crew hangs.

There’s no shortage of things to plan, discuss, and dig into when it comes to the Cuyuna Lakes trails. Our Board of Directors meets once a month. We reserve the last 30 minutes for member questions and comments. All Crew members and the public are welcome to attend.

We're losing daylight, but that doesn't mean there isn't work to be done. So let’s make it fun! This week, we will focus on a Pedal and Prune ride. We will pedal from the Yawkey Parking Lot via Trout to the Cuyuna Connector, where we will make a stop at the Woodtick for pizza, popcorn, and drinks before heading back to the Yawkey parking lot via Cuyuna Connector. 

Join the Crew for an evening of gratitude + good vibes. Think: campfire, s’mores, drinks, light food and bevies + friends! We’re getting together to celebrate what makes this Crew strong - our volunteers.

We are organizing a weed whipping day at Cruser’s Kettle this Saturday, August 9. We will meet at the Cuyuna Connector Container, where you will pick up your equipment, map, and head to the appropriate location.

IMPORTANT:No tool training will be offered.This work is for volunteers who are already comfortable and experienced with weed whips and brush clearing tools.
