This CPR and First Aid training is available for Crew volunteers and is required for those participating in chainsaw certification.
The course will be held at CRMC in Crosby and will cover essential skills to safely respond to emergencies on the trail and in the field.
Our Sister’s in Shred - We’re throwing down in Cuyuna for International Women’s Mountain Bike Day, a full-day celebration of FTW riders, future riders, and the community that supports them. The day is all about riding, learning, creativity, and connection. We’re also excited to have Little Bellas joining us, so bring the young riders in your life for a day of fun, creativity, and movement alongside a supportive community.
The Crew is popping up at trailheads around Cuyuna this season, and you never know where we’ll show up! Our friend’s van will be decked out with shade, yard games, music, and trail magic like snacks and drinks. Follow our social media for clues.
Parking Notice at the Rally Center: Boat landing parking spaces in the CCSRA are reserved for vehicles with boat trailers only. Vehicles parked in trailer-only spaces may be ticketed.
Join the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Crew, Tioga, and other Iron Range MTB chapters for a large-scale volunteer training workday in partnership with the DNR. This hands-on training prepares volunteers for summer trail workdays and National Trails Day on June 6. RSVP Required.

Join the Crew in celebrating National Trails Day! We’ll be hosting a day dedicated to giving back to the trails and our community. Think: Trail work, free camping, food truck, and good times!
Some trails in the South Mahnomen Unit will be closed beginning Saturday at 8 p.m. - Sunday at 2 p.m. for the Cuyuna Off-Road Triathlon. Expect congestion + limited parking near the Rally Center.
A non-competitive, community based festival in the mountain bike destination of Cuyuna. Join us in celebrating the camaraderie of mountain biking, demo the latest bikes, meet new people, build skills, and enjoy all the beauty the area has to offer. Over 60 miles of legendary red dirt single track, magnificent views, and crystal clear lakes await you. Nightly events, music and parties. Fun and rides for all ability levels, from beginner to expert.

Absolutely. We’ll celebrate your accomplishments on Saturday, October 25 at the Spalding House and pick up your finisher shirt.
2025 Hunting Season Trail Closure Dates: November 6 - 22 | Each November, the Cuyuna Lakes trails close for rifle/firearms deer season to keep everyone safe. This year, the trails will close beginning Friday, November 6 for rifle/firearms deer season and reopen on Monday, November 23.

Join the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Crew and Red Raven for an interstellar adventure on two wheels!
We’re blasting off from Red Raven in Crosby to ride some of our favorite fat bike trails around Cuyuna [hoping the snow gods deliver]. Whether you’re rolling through powder or cruising on dirt, we’ll have both snow and no-snow routes ready to download to your bike computer. We’ll share routes on social media and update our website at least a week before liftoff.
After orbiting the trails, we’ll return to Red Raven for hot drinks, good food, and even better company. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Intergalactic Fat Bike Day with your fellow earthlings on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Things could get weird - in the best way possible.
Join the Crew for a fun Halloween ride at Sagamore! Costumes encouraged. The sillier, the better. Bring your bike lights, helmet, and maybe a friend or two as we roll into the night. All skill levels welcome!

This week we’re switching things up and focusing on the walking trail at Sagamore to get it ready for winter. Come by bike or on foot. After we wrap up, we’ll regroup at the Sagamore shelter for pizza and Crew hangs.

We will pedal from the Yawkey Parking Lot via Trout to the Cuyuna Connector, where we will make a stop at the Woodtick for pizza, popcorn, and drinks before heading back to the Yawkey parking lot via Cuyuna Connector.

We are organizing a weed whipping day at Cruser’s Kettle this Saturday, August 9. We will meet at the Cuyuna Connector Container, where you will pick up your equipment, map, and head to the appropriate location.
IMPORTANT:No tool training will be offered.This work is for volunteers who are already comfortable and experienced with weed whips and brush clearing tools.
