You love to see it. The Galloping Goose 50 is back for 2026. Mass starts are hard to fit into busy schedules, so we built a challenge that works on yours.
From September 24 - October 25, it's just you and the Goose.
Ride 50 miles of Galloping Goose in a single calendar day.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
Bring friends or ride solo. Question your life choices somewhere around lap six.
NEW THIS YEAR: GG50 participants can choose to join the pledge and raise money for the Crew while they ride.
The rider who raises the most wins a prize. Prize TBD, but it will be cool.
To be eligible for the fundraising prize, your GG50 ride must be completed and submitted before the End-of-Season Celebration and T-Shirt Pickup on October 24.
Winner will be announced at the End-of-Season Celebration + GG50 Shirt Pickup - Location TBA.

Want to make your questionable decisions count for more? GG50 riders can choose to raise money for the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Crew while taking on 50 miles of Galloping Goose.
Join the pledge, share your page, and collect donations from friends, family, and fellow trail lovers.
Fundraising is completely optional. The rider who raises the most money wins a prize. Prize TBD. It will be cool.

Complete the GG50 Finisher Submission Form and upload a screenshot or link showing your completed ride. Link coming soon.
Once verified, you will receive access to purchase the exclusive 2026 GG50 finisher shirt. A portion of every purchase supports the Crew.
Finishers who order by the advance deadline may choose pickup at the Crew’s End-of-Season Celebration on Saturday, October 24.
The 2026 GG50 Challenge closes on October 25.
Riders who finish on October 24 or 25, or anyone who misses the advance order deadline, may choose shipping or local pickup from Red Threads at a later date. Because each order is fulfilled by a local business, shipped orders will not arrive immediately.
All shirt orders, payments, shipping, and pickup arrangements are handled directly by Red Threads in Crosby, not by the Crew. Questions about an order should be directed to Red Threads.

GG50 riders, Crew volunteers, and everyone who helps keep Cuyuna rolling are invited to celebrate the season and swap stories from lap six and beyond.
