Some trails in the South Mahnomen Unit will be closed beginning Saturday at 8 p.m. - Sunday at 2 p.m. for the Cuyuna Off-Road Triathlon. Expect congestion + limited parking near the Rally Center.

- Switchback

ALL other trails will remain OPEN.

Proceeds benefit the Cuyuna Range Elementary PTO!Experience a Cuyuna adventure trifecta! Paddle the clear blue Huntington Mine Lake by kayak, canoe, or paddleboard; then shred the red by bike; and finish with a trail run around Pennington Mine Lake.

This multisport event is open to athletes of ALL abilities and ages, and consists of a 3-mile paddle, 8.5-mile mountain bike ride, and 2.5- mile trail run. Participate as an individual, team, or relay. Check out the course maps and race info here.

100% of the event proceeds benefit youth sports, activities, and education in the Cuyuna area through the Cuyuna Range Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (CRES PTO).
