Intergalactic Fat Bike Day 2025: A First-Year Success
The Crew’s very first Intergalactic Fat Bike Day is officially in the books —
and what a way to kick things off.
Sixty-five riders registered, showed up, bundled up, and rolled out with us to celebrate Global Fat Bike Day on some cold, snowy, joy-filled Cuyuna trails.
The morning was full of good energy, good people, and winter riding at its best. From deep-snow grinders to folks taking their first-ever fat bike ride, seeing this community come together made the day something special.
A huge shoutout to Crew VP Mari K. for capturing the day behind the lens. Her photos say everything we could not fit into words—from frozen beards to big smiles and wide-open trails. Download the full gallery here. Thank you, Mari, for documenting the fun and giving everyone a way to relive it!
We also want to thank our partners who helped make this first year possible:
Red Raven for hosting,
Otso and Wolf Tooth for joining us (and for the sick giveaway),
Brainerd Gravel Grinders for creating routes and sweeping,
and our incredible Crew volunteers and groomers who keep these trails rideable all winter. None of this happens without you!
If you did not get a chance to grab an Intergalactic tee at the event, you can still order one through Red Threads here.
Thank you again to everyone who rode, froze, laughed, and made this first year a success. We’re already looking forward to an even bigger Intergalactic Fat Bike Day in 2026.
