2026 Annual Volunteer Meeting & Banquet

The Annual Crew Volunteer Meeting & Banquet is an opportunity for the Crew community to gather, recognize volunteers, and look ahead to the upcoming trail season.

Join us at True North Basecamp on Friday, April 24 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. as we honor the people who build, maintain, and care for the Cuyuna trail system. We will also share updates on upcoming workdays, events, and other plans for the year.

Expect a relaxed, trailhead-style evening with food, drinks, a few volunteer recognitions, and some updates on the upcoming season. This isn’t a formal event. It’s about bringing the Crew community together.

Thank you to our hosts at True North Basecamp for giving us a place to gather, to 56 Brewing in Minneapolis for donating beer, and to those on our board and events committee for helping make this evening possible. Light snacks and finger food will be provided while supplies last.

To Bring/Wear:

  • Camp chair(s)

  • Dress warm and according to the weather

  • Flannel encouraged
